At Wholesale Supplies Plus, we strive to ensure your soap making and cosmetic crafting projects are a success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging and are not marked as non-returnable, such as fragrance oils, flavors, or colors due to hygiene standards.
Request an RMA
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific items you wish to send back.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA form included inside and ship them to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or apply store credit within 7-10 business days.
